Recogizing the Service

Honoring our Departed

Veterans

We do more than provide a "home away from home" for our veterans.  Our heroes know that they can not only visit us for like-minded cmpanionship, but for guidance and support.  We offer special events for veterans who are being honored, and we hold special services for those who have departed.

Mesothelioma Center

As a result of the military's past reliance on asbestos, Veterans account for an estimated 30 percent of all mesothelioma patients. The Mesothelioma Center at Asbestos.com provides vital services and free resources for patients and families affected by mesothelioma. The Center provides free information, resources and personal assistance to those who have been affected by mesothelioma and asbestos exposure and works with these individuals and their families to help them find local doctors, treatment centers and support groups. Veterans qualify for special financial benefits from the Veterans Administration to receive this care.
